The problem
Shop-floor record forms were paper, with sign-off chains walked around by hand.
What I built
A module in the team’s ERP with key-in, approval and print screens that mirror the paper forms, shared rules across every form, and a Claude Code skill that explains how to add a new one.
Key features
- Six shop-floor forms, each with list, key-in, view, approve and print screens
- Step-by-step approval with a route trail and an inbox
- Production-plan picker (date, factory, product) that fills in the product
- Input shortcuts such as typing 15 for 15:00, and ✓/✗ check cells
- Admin for form types, revisions and document-number patterns
Under the hood
- Document numbering, who may sign each step and signature dates live in one shared rule set for all six forms
- Fixed a mismatch between a SQL function and C# in form-variant lookup that left some sheets invisible to everyone
- A4 PDFs captured from the report page with html2canvas + jsPDF, avoiding embedded Thai fonts and a second layout
