I build the software a seafood factory runs on every day.
From QA forms on the production line and the HR portal every employee uses, to real-time production boards and AI tools. I work end to end: gathering requirements on the floor, designing the database, writing the API and the UI, setting up CI/CD, and running the system after go-live.

Most of this work is internal to the company, so it is described at a high level without source code or internal data.
The portal every employee uses for leave, payslips, attendance and approvals, plus the central API that signs people in to the other internal systems.
Brings production, workforce, machine, storage, energy and sales data from several systems into one view that executives, line leads and shop-floor TVs all share.
Moved QA’s paper tasting form onto tablets. Tasters score each production lot, and the result goes through approval to become the final controlled document.
Tracks raw-material prices against weather, economic, policy and global-market factors, and forecasts them one to three months ahead with an honest confidence rating.
One register for Thai and international food, export and fisheries law. Every version is kept with its changes, AI writes Thai summaries, and the team records acknowledgement.
Plans, records and settles sales and marketing trips, replacing a mix of paper, email and Excel.
Imports payroll files, emails password-protected PDF payslips to staff, and handles leave, compensatory leave, holiday work and shift-swap requests.
