What I built
The first executive dashboard, bringing ERP production, sales and stock reporting into one site; its data models were later reused by the real-time dashboard.
Key features
- Actual vs plan production by day, month and year per factory
- Sales converted to THB with the ERP’s exchange rates, with country drill-down
- Top-selling products by month and year
- Stock ageing buckets (>30, >60, >90 days) with Excel export
- User management with per-menu permissions
Under the hood
- Mixes EF Core (copies of planning and exchange-rate data) with raw ODBC (ERP invoices and stock)
- Business rules in code, such as excluding certain item-code families from production totals
