There was no single place to reach the company’s internal programs; people kept their own lists of links.
What I built
A Next.js portal that pulls the app catalogue from the central API, groups it by department, searches instantly, and stores each person’s favourites and recents on the server.

Under the hood
- A fetch wrapper that refreshes the token and retries once
- Static export under an IIS sub-path; the mascot video ships as HEVC with a WebM fallback
