The problem
Management needed one view to see and control phone and internet spend across several carriers.
What I built
A Next.js dashboard on a .NET 9 API that computes spend metrics, flags numbers still billed after the member left, and produces PDF and Excel reports.

- Spend by carrier with active-user counts
- Average cost per bill, out-of-plan share and year-over-year comparison
- Top 10 users by excess cost
- “Zombie bill” alerts: numbers still billed after the member was deactivated

- Four-language UI; tables become cards on mobile
Under the hood
- Metrics computed in the API (excess + international + add-on fees over total spend)
- SSO token exchanged for a cookie, with an app-specific permission claim added
