What I built
An ASP.NET Core MVC system for general affairs that brings the vehicle registry, repairs, leases, on-site fuel tanks and outside fill-ups into one place.
Key features
- Vehicle registry: make, model, type, ownership, status
- Lease history with document upload
- Repair tracking by type and status
- Fuel tanks: stock-in, per-vehicle stock-out with odometer, balance
- Outside fill-ups and fuel-price history
- Fleet status dashboard and permission admin
Under the hood
- Permission checked per action on every create, update and delete
- Recording a fuel stock-out decrements the tank in the same save
